The Youthinc YEP (youth employment program) engages young jobseekers in employment each year. We are always looking for jobs for our Youthinc YEP ‘graduates’ once they have completed their six month program of work and training with us.

The most practical thing you can do to assist a young person ‘doing it tough’ is to give them a job! We are talking about ‘rough diamonds’ that will shine given an opportunity. If you are an employer and you are looking to add a loyal and reliable worker to your team, then think about the benefits of giving one of our young people a chance.

We are looking for potential employers that offer skill-entry positions in retail, production, packaging, distribution and hospitality. Jobs can be casual, part-time, full-time or even seasonal and can be located anywhere in the greater metropolitan area.
