Youthinc YEP

Youth Employment Program

Youthinc and CBS (Community Bridging Services) work together with CRG’s supermarket network to provide long term unemployed and other disadvantaged young people with paid work. We do this because paid work often provides a stable platform for young people to resolve personal issues, helping to improve their prospects.

As part of the YEP program, we also provide mentors and a range of personal development programs and support services. These initiatives help build life skills and confidence, providing a pathway to a better future.

We realise that getting young people into work is just the beginning of helping them grow and succeed. Youthinc, CRG and CBS will also work hard with the young person to secure ongoing employment after they have ‘graduated’ from their six month Youthinc YEP training and work program.
